	Where is the rest of the Credit Card number?

Solution Problem:

When you view an order in the admin the credit card number looks like this:

Credit Card Owner: Bill Gates
Credit Card Number: 4211XXXXXXXX5555
Credit Card CVV Number: 123
Credit Card Expires: 0910

This occurs on orders using the manual Credit Card module or a variant.

Solution:

The CC number is showing up but the middle characters are not stored in the order, they are emailed to the store owner.

By following the menu tree to the CC payment module as follows:

admin -> modules -> payment -> credit card (edit)

you will find the following setting:

Split Credit Card E-Mail Address example@domain.com

this person is receivng the middle 8 chars of the CC number of every order. To stop that feature simple remove the email address from the field in the module to disable the feature. Note that current versions of this module will not store the CVV number.
